About 365 Healthcare

A pharmacythat is thereevery day

Ourstory

365 Healthcare is a UK online pharmacy owned and run by A Healthcare Company Ltd. Our registered pharmacy is at 18 Lumen Road, Wembley, and every order is dispensed from there by our own team.

We started because we kept meeting people who had given up on getting help quickly: the form was too long, the clinic too far, the wait too slow. Too much online healthcare is built for one kind of person. We built ours for everyone: the student who needs the morning after pill tonight, the parent ordering hay fever tablets for the whole house, the grandparent who would rather talk to a pharmacist than fill in a form.

So we keep things simple. Plain words. Clear prices. Short forms. And a real pharmacist, in Wembley, who checks every order and picks up the phone.

The name is a promise. We are online every day of the year. You can order at 3am on Christmas morning, and a pharmacist will look at it the next working day.

How wework

01

A pharmacist checks everything

No order leaves without a GPhC registered pharmacist reading your answers and confirming the treatment is safe for you. If it is not, we say so and suggest what to do instead.

02

We tell your GP, if you want

With your consent we let your GP know what we have supplied, so your records stay complete. You can say no.

03

Only licensed UK medicines

Everything we supply is licensed for use in the UK and bought from licensed wholesalers. No grey imports, no unlicensed products.

04

Regulated and inspected

We are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council, who inspect pharmacies and set the standards we work to. You can check our registration on their public register.

Questions,answered

Not here? Email pharmacy@365.healthcare or ask for a call back when you order.

Do I need a prescription from my GP?

No. You answer a short health questionnaire. Our pharmacist prescriber reviews it and, if the treatment is right for you, issues a private prescription. We dispense it from our own pharmacy.

Who reviews my order?

A GPhC registered pharmacist based at our pharmacy in Wembley. Our superintendent pharmacist is Tejal Pindolia, registration number 2080098. You can check this on the GPhC register.

How fast is delivery?

Orders approved before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day by tracked post. Most arrive the next working day. We will email you a tracking link.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Parcels are plain, with no pharmacy name or product details on the outside. Your bank statement shows only "A Healthcare Company Ltd".

What if the pharmacist says no?

Sometimes a treatment is not safe or not suitable. If so, we will tell you why, suggest an alternative or point you to your GP, and refund you in full.

Can I order for someone else?

No. The health questionnaire must be completed by, and about, the person who will take the medicine. This keeps them safe.

Can I return medicines?

By law, medicines cannot be resold once dispatched, so we cannot accept returns for a refund. If we have made a mistake or an item arrives damaged, we will replace it or refund you.

Will you tell my GP?

Only with your consent. We ask during the questionnaire. For some treatments we strongly recommend it, and we will explain why.

How is my data kept?

Securely, in the UK, and only for as long as pharmacy law requires. We never sell it. Full details are in our privacy policy below.

Can I speak to a pharmacist?

Yes. Email us any time, or tick "call me back" when you order and a pharmacist will ring you in opening hours.

How we handle a complaint

  1. We confirm we have received your complaint within two working days.
  2. The superintendent pharmacist, Tejal Pindolia, investigates and may call you for details.
  3. We send you a full written reply within 20 working days. If it will take longer, we tell you why.
  4. If something went wrong, we say so, put it right, and change how we work so it does not happen again.
